Bloor Street United Church is examining its options regarding the redevelopment of its current site at 300 Bloor Street West.

We value the strong relationship we have built with our faith based and local communities and are committed to working collaboratively with you as this project progresses.

To date, we have held three community information sessions, conducted proactive outreach to community stakeholders and hosted four meetings with community organizations. Material from each of the three community information sessions is available below.

On December 27, 2017, we submitted a re-zoning application to the City of Toronto. This application will be available on the City’s website shortly, but in the meantime you can follow this link to find the application and the accompanying reports submitted with it. The submission marks the beginning of the formal process of working with the City to determine the appropriate outcome for this redevelopment. As a part of this process, the City will lead a formal consultation process that will likely include additional community consultation. We will also participate in a working group with local stakeholders, led by City Councillor Joe Cressy.
